Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and use the web browser already on their phone.
How do guests find the QR code?
They can scan one of the personalised 6×4 QR table cards. With Silver and Gold, the code is also displayed on the live screen.
Which equipment style can we choose?
Choose either the warm rustic wooden setup or the sleek contemporary black setup. Silver includes your chosen screen; Gold adds its matching print station.
Do we need to set up the screen or printer?
No. PicMe delivers, installs and tests the Silver and Gold equipment, then collects it afterwards.
Can the design match our invitations?
Yes. We can coordinate the slideshow header, table cards, portrait overlay and landscape overlay with your event artwork and styling.
Is Capture Snaps only for weddings?
No. The same QR photo-sharing experience is available for birthday parties, proms, corporate events and other celebrations, with artwork designed to suit the occasion.
Does the venue need Wi-Fi?
The service requires an internet connection. We’ll discuss the most suitable arrangement for your venue before the event.
